The Stables is set in the grounds of the owner's home adjoining the once Victorian preparatory school. The cottage sleeps 5 with ample room for a cot. We are pet friendly and welcome well behaved pets.
Recently renovated and furnished with careful attention to detail, the Stables benefits from its own spacious private courtyard and has been graded 4 Star by Visit Wales.
There is ample off street parking in the main courtyard.
All prices are inclusive of heating, electric, bedding, towels and a complimentary welcome pack.

The Stables briefly affords:
Entrance hall
Slate floor leading off to downstairs bathroom, kitchen and a small utility room.
Utility room
Washing machine, iron/iron board etc
Downstairs bathroom
A modern bathroom with slate floor and detail in keeping with the cottage's charm. Consisting of luxury large roll top bath, sink, WC and a large walk-in shower with drencher shower head..
Kitchen
The well-equipped cottage kitchen has a slate floor, electric oven/hob with extractor, microwave, toaster, integrated dishwasher and fridge with ice compartment.
Lounge / Dining Area
The cosy lounge has parquet floor, bespoke wooden window shutters, ample comfy seating and for your entertainment there is a large flat screen Smart TV, DVD player and a CD player/radio. A good selection of books, maps and DVDs are also available within the cottage.
Access and views of the private courtyard are available through large tilt and slide patio doors.
Within the dining area there sits a large beech table with seating for six people thus allowing guests the opportunity to relax, dine and plan the activities of the day ahead.
First Floor
Stairs from the lounge lead you to the first floor of the cottage with oak flooring throughout. The master bedroom boasts a king size reclaimed oak bed placing guests at risk of long lazy lie ins! It also offers a T.V and ample room for a cot.
The second bedroom has all oak furniture with three single beds.
A second WC is available off the landing for added convenience.
Courtyard
The private attractive courtyard is filled with flower pots, hanging baskets and is surrounded with established fruit trees and a well-stocked bird feeding table. It also boasts a large outdoor table ideal for that well-deserved glass of chilled wine, nibbles and alfresco meals.
The cottages are family run and we take great pride in maintaining them to an extremely high standard. Equipped with everything you will need for a perfect holiday, as hosts we are on hand to give you information and assistance should the need arise.
